Information Disclosure Standards
We disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with financial product-related laws and the regulations of exchanges that list financial instruments. We disclose important information that could affect investment decisions, and carefully make information available to all investors equally.
Information Disclosure Methods
We use the Timely Disclosure Information Transmission System (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange to disclose information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rule, and in principle we also promptly disclose information we publish on TDnet on our website. Also, when disclosing information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rule, we take care to ensure that such information is communicated to investors as accurately and fairly as possible in an appropriate manner in keeping with the intent of timely disclosure.
IR Silent Period
We refrain from IR activities during the period from the closing date to the following announcement of financial results. During this IR silent period, we do not comment on or answer investor questions about data for the recently ended period. However, we will disclose information regarding modifications and changes to forecasts if we decide that our outlook has changed significantly.
